[imp] HTML Mail

[Stephen Atkins]

Hello all.  I'm new to Horde/IMP and was wondering if there was a way to get
IMP to display HTML messages.  I've looked in the config/mine_drivers.php
and it says its set up but I'm not sure if I'm missing something along the
way.
