[imp] TOS agreement??

Hi All,
   Noticed in imp-cvs that one can specify a TOS (looks good especially when 
developing a test server). I've found the option to set the file in 
./imp/conf.php. However, it states in that file to also set tos_agreement = 1 
in the prefs.php file. But there is no mention of tos_agreement in prefs.php.
Any ideas??
