[imp] Logging out from IMP and back to Horde

I remember there was some message while ago in this list where the 
author said they had a problem that when one logs out from IMP and logs 
back in they get Horde screen instead of IMP.

The same was happening here and it seems to me that IMP's 
templates/menu/menu.inc had something wrong with this, so here's a 
little patch for it to make this thing work like it should (if I've got 
this right - it may require some other tweaking also):
