That didn't solve the problem. I changed the configuration to not
commented, but blank.

I have been testing the logout features.  In my horde.log ( set to
debug ) I didn't see a logout. 

So I changed regsitry.php to this:

$this->registry['auth']['login'] = 'imp';
file://$this->registry['auth']['logout'] = 'imp';

I can log out using the Horde navigation bar (at the bottom).  This
effectively ends the session and eliminates the session retention
problem that I had been seeing. But, if I use the Imp Logout (at the
top) it doesn't end the session because imp isn't registered to do
this.

So it seems that my imp logout function isn't working properly.  I am
still working on it.  

Ideas, suggestions, and direction would be appreciated.
