[imp] Forward html-body results in wrong Content-Type

imp-3.1-RC3
When I forward a mail which its body is in html
format(correctly displayed), the recipient gets that
forwarded email with "Content-Type: text/plain;
charset=ISO-8859-1". So this email is shown in
text/plain with lots of html tags. I've already set
$mime_drivers['imp']['html']['inline'] = true;.
