What you're interested in is the IMAP toolkit version number.  It's what
was used to add IMAP support to PHP.  The php function phpinfo() will
tell you; look for "IMAP c-Client Version".

By the way, this is almost certainly a problem with your IMAP toolkit,
not with IMP or Horde per se.
