[imp] [Getting IMP and HORDE to work on Red Hat 7.3 (fwd)]

I've got IMP (3.1) setup on a redaht 7.3 box.
Everything works except the multi language support (it works on mu parrallel 
3.0 installation so I geuss gettext is ok.

And yes it took me some time and trouble!!
