[imp] IMP 3.1 sends the same message twice on RH 7.3

I've just installed Horde 2.1 & IMP 3.1 on a RH 7.3 system.

When I compose & send a message with IMP it gets send 2 times note the
following extract from /tmp/horde.log also note the time offset in the
message is +091800 when it should be +0930

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem may be?
