[imp] Fetchmail (accounts)

Hi All,
   the fetchmail (other accounts) seems to keep refetching mail from a
Free-BSD-4.4 IMAP server as opposed to marking it as Read and respecting the
option to fetch only new mail.
   is anyone else noticing this?
