[imp] Fetchmail (accounts)

As it turns out the fetchmail addon simply doesn't mark the mail that it fetchs
as read, or (not new). Even though "Get only new messages" is selected. This
happens on a cyrus server as well.
Is this expected behavior? I guess I was thinking that if fetchmail knew to get
only new mail then it would mark the stuff it retrieves as read.
