Agreed; that's bad.  One or the other, and check your PHP upload setting
as Emily suggested.

Joost posted that you need the latest from php.net, but that's incorrect.  
Red Hat's PHP 4.1.2 has been tested on Red Hat 7.3 and is known to work
with Horde 2.1/IMP 3.1/etc.
