[imp] Trouble using /imp/login.php

Hello,

I'm getting some error messages listed below.  I'm running RH 7.1, Horde
2.1, imp-3.1, apache 1.3.22 and php-4.1.2.  My horde and imp test pages
run showing all the necessary "yes's".  I am authenticating using imap.
I get the message when I hit "mail" after succesfully logging in.
