Maybe there is no conflict, just normal CVS issues (code changes in CVS)?
Are you running the CVS HEAD or RELENG branch?

Looks good to me (from memory). Chech out
http://www.horde.org/source/versions.php
If you're running CVS HEAD, that may be the problem. Instead, use CVS
RELENG branches, or release versions...
