[imp] (no subject)

I just reinstalled my RedHat 7.3 server and am trying
to get IMP 3.1 and Horde 2.1 running.  I used to have
the previous version of horde/IMP installed.  I
installed orde and IMP and when I try to log into IMP
I get the following error message.

A fatal error has occurred:

DB Error: extension not found

[line 102 of /var/www/html/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php]

Details have been logged for the administrator.

I am following the installing Horde/IMP on RH 7.2, and
modifying it as necessary for IMP 3.1 and RH 7.3

Can anyone give me and help on this?  Thanks.
