[imp] Filtering issue in IMP

Background information:
Horde: 2.1 (from tar.gz)
IMP: 3.1 (from tar.gz)

PHP Version: 4.2.1
IMAP Server: uw-imap

When I load my INBOX for the first time, no filters are applied to
messages, despite the option being checked on in Options->Filters.
However if I hit the refresh button after going to INBOX, all the
filters work flawlessly.

I did a few searches on the archives for this and couldn't turn up
anything.

Ideas?  Fixed in RELENG?
