[imp] How does refreshing folder views affect session?

The behavior depends on the browser. I've expirienced that with IE, the
inital pop-up prohibits any further refreshing. But with NS6, it just keeps
adding more pop-up alerts and continues refreshing.

It was awhile back that I expirienced this behavior with NS, so I'm not
positive if I was on Linux or Win32.
