I'd check database tables definition. 
make dump of your mysql database (you can do it very quickly using
webmin or similar tool), and compare the horde database tables
definitions with these in horde/scripts and horde/turba/scripts

make sure they are identical, and if they are not, try to add missing
fields to the ones in your database. maybe it'll help.
