[imp] Maintenance problem

As part of the Maintenance Operations on IMP 3.1 the ability is given to rename
sent-mail folders at the beginning of each month. This is working fine for us
except for one issue, the system wants to name the folders
'sent-mail-lastmonthname-1969'

Does anyone have any ideas where to look to solve this problem?

We are using mysql for a preference store, with no problems up to now. Timezone
settings are all correct.
