[imp] German language support

Hello Harald & Jan,

thank you for your fast response; I recompiled the files in the po subdirectories,
but it didn't bring the success I hoped.

Is that correct? I expected de or de_DE or something like that.

/usr/lib/locale is empty on my system, in /usr/share/locale are the language subdiretories.

It's the Debian Linux distribution.
