[imp] not really a bug

hi list,

just for your info, if u logon to imp, see your mail, then open all say
outlook, download the mail (which deletes it from the server) when you click
on the mail in imp, you'll get the following message:

Notice: Undefined index: 2 in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/message.php
on line 219

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output
started at /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/message.php:219) in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp/message.php on line 417

this is because the mail has been deleted. while it's not a problem, it's
pretty ugly. dunno if it can be fixed in a nice way (if i was a guru php
programmer i'd gladly help, but alas i'm not)
