[imp] Client Browser Issues?

What are the minimum browser requirements a client needs to use IMP 3.1 and 
Horde 2.1?  We're writing up documentation and need to know.

(also, it's been reported that in netscape version 4.79, resizing a window 
refreshes it, and even if resizing is the first thing a user does when they 
login, they get logged out.  Anybody have any fixes for this?)
