[imp] Folder view compose

I'm getting a javascript error when clickin the compose link in the folders 
view.  It says:

Line: 1
Char: 1
Error: Object Required

URL: http://myserver.com/imp/folders.php

As a side note, I noticed that the refresh on the folders view doesn't run the 
filters.  This would be a nice feature as I could leave it on my folders view 
and it would just refresh and filter and tell me how many emails I have in 
different folders.
