[imp] Attachments Not Working

Ok. Now I should have written this
in my first mail itself. But somehow
it skipped.
Do check /etc/php.ini for this line -
; Whether to allow HTTP file uploads.
file_uploads =3D Off
If it is "Off", make it "On" and don't
forget to restart httpd.
I was able to reproduce your problem
with this config. in php.ini .
But, if this is properly set in your case
then your problem is somewhere else.

No, I have tried numerous different files from 5k to 800k.
Also, our php.ini file is set to:
