[imp] Address book problem in compose

Hi,

I installed IMP 3.1, Horde 2.1, and Turba 1.1 on a Debian 3.0 Linux system.
The only problem that I seem to be having is that when you click on the
Address Book button in the compose window it pops-up an empty window. The
address book works fine when you click on the button on the Inbox screen.
