I'm a little confused about the following option:

	[  ] Wrap text at this many characters.

This seems to only affect the width of the composition
window, which isn't very useful in this situation.

I want to encourage users to limit outgoing e-mail to
around 72-74 characters - to allow for a few levels of
replies > > >.

According to the RFCs I've read, breaking lines at a
certain number of characters should always be done by
the sender, not the recipient...  ?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
