[imp] HTML entities not correctly displayed

Why can't there be a setting to display things in Unicode or something that 
would support multiple languages at the same time.  Or is there?

One of the weird things about this is that if the To line is "Dan Wilson 
&#36040;&#25991;&#25996; <dan@acucore.com>", it is displayed in IMP 
as "Dan@UNKNOWN".  Is that a bug.

If you want, I can redirect an email to whomever is willing to look into it.
