[imp] (no subject)

[Wizard of Wires]

Hi all:
	I have migrated from IMP 3.01 to 3.1.  I may be getting groggy but I
cannot find the $default->user_change-from = false.

I do not want the children resetting their outgoing email addresses.  I
checked ./horde/imp/config/prefs.php and conf.php.  

Is it in some other form now.  Section 4.2.3 of the FAQ led me to believe it 
would be in that neighborhood.
