[imp] login with a valid username and passwd under IMP 3.1

I have ever read the "INSTALL" file come with packages of Horde 2.1 and IMP 3.1,
but I was fail, so I have ever visited

Did you remember which file have you ever modified ?
I hope you can help me, because you were success to setup IMP 3.1...
Can you lead me to modified the file ?
