[imp] Compose-HTML Header

Hi, I am using IMP 3.1 with apachewebserver 1.3.26 , php on RedHat Linux 
7.3.

While composing a new message i want to use a template as a header in which 
the content is in HTML. For eg: a company letter head , which can be 
attached to the email when the user clicks the send button.

The header should not be visible while composing but it should be visible 
like a letter head while viewing. Is it possible to make it with IMP. I 
tried some text in header.txt file it worked but i need a HTML output. Is it 
possible if i design the template as a html file and add it in place of 
header.txt???? can any one gude me to the solution.
