[imp] Repost: Upgrading

I posted about this about 3 days ago...

Are there any issues in upgrading from 3.0 to 3.1. There are no metions of 
upgrading in docs/INSTALL, or anywhere else I can find.

So would:

cp -R imp-3.1/* /path/to/horde/imp/

be a good way to do it? Will I loose config changes? Are 3.0 configs 
compatible with 3.1? What else would I need to do.
