[imp] Non-standard Reply All behavior

Running IMP 3.1:
When I get an email from someone who has a reply-to address set and I hit 
"reply to all" in IMP, it creates a recipient list that has both the From and 
the Reply-To addresses of the original message in the To field of the new one, 
and also puts the Reply-To address into the CC field. As a result the person 
gets three copies of every email I send. Is there a patch to fix this 
(improper) behavior?
