[imp] Kronolith on Debian

Kronolith is only in testing/unstable. Likewise is IMP3.1. Debian stable still
only holds IMP 2.2.

You are way better off by doing item 4 above (for all Horde apps), rather than
waiting for the .debs to catch up. That's what I do.
