[imp] How to import mail box ?

Is it possible to import a mail box with my email's from another server running
cyrus imap with imp. I made a hardware up grade, so I install again imp 3.1 and
now  I am trying to bring all emails to the new server. I could send each one
but it will give a lot o work !!
 
Is there anyone who could help me ?
