[imp] X-Priority header support

Hi there,

While browsing the list archive, I noticed that support for X-Priority
header (à la Outlook) had been discussed but nobody has written support
for it yet.

A client of mine have request such a feature for his IMP installation
(3.0).  If it has not been done yet, I am willing to do it against
current CVS HEAD and post a patch.

The way I see it : 

1.  Modify compose.php (and templates) to include a select box for
priority.

2.  Somewhere in Preference, add the possibilitie to set default
priority.

3.  mailbox.php and templates : add a column to display priority (high
priority in red ?).

Anybody already working on that ?  Any suggestion on how it should be
done ?

If all goes well, I should be able to post a patch by beginning of next week.
