[imp] PHP 4.2.3 and IMP 2.2.7/Horde 1.2.7

I'm using the newest Horde/IMP, and also started getting seg faults 
after going from PHP 4.1.2 to 4.2.2.  Several others are seeing seg faults
also (see the list archives for the last several days).  Appears to be a
bug in php/pcre routines.  But no one has traced it down too far yet.
