[imp] STILL attachments not working :-(

Hello IMP users...

I can send attachements up to 2MB (tried with 1M
and it worked) without
any
problem ! But if the attachement size is 2MB or
larger, when I hit <Send
Message> The browser tells me:

 (If I hit Send Message again ... the message gets
 sent with the attachement
 wich have 0 Bytes)
 
 In php.ini I have the following:
 
 upload_max_filesize=20M


My sistem is:

Redhat 7.3

apache-1.3.23

php-4.1.2-7
php-ldap-4.1.2-7
php-imap-4.1.2-7
php-mysql-4.1.2-7

sendmail-8.11.6-15

horde-2.1
imp-3.1

I have replace date('r') with strftime('%a, %e %b %Y
%T %z') and this problem persist.

Have anyone a defitive solution for this problem?
