In horde/imp/config/conf.php, change the append_trailer config as follows:

// Should we append the contents of imp/config/trailer.txt to the end
// of every message sent?
$conf['msg']['append_trailer'] = false;

If you want to append a different trailer instead, leave the above
as true, and edit the file horde/imp/config/trailer.txt to say what
you'd like.
