[imp] Problems with PGP support in IMP

Similar to my last message, I don't have time to look at this right now, but
if you (or anyone else) could debug them a bit and send a patch and/or info
towards fixing anything, I'd be glad to look at it. Just didn't want the
problem to be completely ignored...
