[imp] Imp frames

Hi list,

I noticed the recent discussion on integrating the frames patch into Imp...

I'm not really a developer so I know my words carry slightly less weight 
than... umm... something very light :) but we are using it in our 
implementation and it's something that the users like very much.

Someone earlier said that the Outlook users need something Outlook-like in 
order to make the switch; we've had a similar experience.
