[imp] Content-Location

I recompiled with the newest working c-client and the problem is still persistent.  You can not log in when attachment icons are displayed on the main page.  On the other hand, when you disable attachment notification, you can log in.  If you try to open a message with Content-Location in the body it still hangs.
