The web page for imp says:

>Important note: IMP 3.1 does not require PHPLIB, and the two may in
>					       fact conflict if they overlap.  If you are still running IMP
>				         2.2, you can configure PHPLIB to be active only for the IMP
>					       2.2/Horde 1.2 part of your webroot.

However, there doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to do this
exactly.  

Given that there are such major changes between 2.x and 3.x, it would
have been very nice to see some sort of upgrade documentation, instead
of just putting out docs explaining how to install horde/imp for the
first time.
