[imp] horde alias

Hi everyone,

I what to setup horde, so my user to be able to rich  the server with =
mail alias: http://exsample.com/mail
I changed in /etc/horde2/apache.conf the alias:
Alias /mail/    /usr/local/horde2/imp

<Directory /usr/share/horde2/imp>
....

And I don't want to changed my DirectoryRoot and DocumentRoot.
For now it is not working.
What else should I change
