Your PEAR is too new, or your Horde too old. ;)

isWarning was removed from PEAR a short while ago...  This was fixed
in CVS shortly afterwards, but is still in the release versions.  So,
the solutions are to downgrade PEAR, or to remove all calls to 
isWarning in the horde apps.
