[imp] General Solution for: PEAR archive for Horde/Imp CVS

To get it in the archives in hope that anyone having problems with PEAR will
read it. ;-)

The "cleanest" solution to get a recent PEAR repository:

1) Remove your whole PEAR directory. Run 'locate PEAR.php' to make sure you
don't have another PEAR somewhere on your disk.

2) Go to http://go-pear.org/ , read and follow the instructions at the top
of the file on how to bootstrap a PEAR repository.

3) Check if you have the path where you just created PEAR in your
include_path in php.ini. If you also have a php-cli.ini check this too.

4) Run 'pear list' to see if everything works and get a list of already
installed packages.

5) Use the PEAR installer (e.g. 'pear install Log') to install all missing
packages needed for Horde/IMP/...

6) Have fun.
