Some small bug left :(

If you set the HTML driver in mime_drivers.php to ['inline'] = true
inline images from both OE and Mozilla mail are shown fine, but if you set the
HTML driver to ['inline'] = false, then the alternative part from the OE message
(text/html) is shown fine, but the alternative part from Mozilla mail
(multipart/related) isn't (image is missing)
