You probably have the "folders" setting in your horde/imp/config/servers.php
file set wrong, so it is trying to look too wide for the folders (the whole
user's account, or the whole system, etc).

Check the folders option to make sure it is correct for your server.
Just a guess, but I think it is probably your problem.
