[imp] eXtremail IMAP Server

Does anyone have experience setting up IMP to work with the eXtremail
(http://www.extremail.com) IMAP server?  I've tested my Horde/IMP
configuration with IPSwitch's IMAIL server and it seems to work fine, but it
won't work correctly with eXtremail.

At the same time I've successfully configured other webmail front-ends to
work with eXtremail IMAP.  Is there a way I can adjust settings in IMP so
it'll work as well?
