[imp] Delete entire Address Book

I understand from a previous post that palm synching is not possible but some of
our users keep their master personal address book in another application (Palm,
Netscape, Excel, etc) and want to update their IMP address book periodically
without having to enter/edit/delete each update individually.  Is it possible to
delete an entire IMP personal address book at once and then import the updated
address book?
