[imp] can't get pgp (gpg) to work

hi

i can't get pgp (gpg) to work
i get "Failed to connect to the specified directory" at top 
of the page and in PGP Public Keyring i get

i can make a keypair but not import pgp ver.7.0 keys i have from windows
