No, but one thing I would do is reproduce it, and use the browser 
"view source" to inspect the html returned.  Maybe there is a clue, 
or even an error message, in there.  Another thing is to check the 
javascript console (or browser equivalent) to make sure it isn't 
have a javascript issue...

Hopefully at least 5.5 SP2? If not, add the service packs, or
upgrade to IE 6...
